HQ Photo of Effie from The Capitol Couture
The Capitol.Couture.pn officially soft launched yesterday, revealing the password to this still mysterious tumblr. Once inside we see a beautiful shot of Elizabeth Banks as Effie Trinket, but it is covered a bit by the images on the site. Now, the same photo has been released but without any of the wording to mar up Effie’s beautiful and stylish Capitol look.
What exactly The Capitol Couture will turn out to be remains to be seen, but we hope we get to see more images of this stylish Capitol line.

She looks so pale! but i love the fact that she represents the Capitol in her apperence! If we have to wait till March to seen the movie, im glad we at least get to see the slightest bit of the real Effie Trinket!!!
