Full Details and Information on The Hunger Games National Mall Cast Tour

We reported about the national mall tour featuring the cast of The Hunger Games film. Now, we have more details on the events from the official press release, (thanks Hunger Games Examiner) as well as details from the Official Facebook page.

Cast members including Jennifer Lawrence, Liam Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson will be participating in local festivities on the eight-city tour. Fans in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Seattle, Phoenix, Dallas, Miami, Chicago, and Minneapolis can participate in Q&As and enter giveaways to win Hunger Games Gear.

Los Angeles
Date: Saturday, March 3, 2012
Location: Westfield Century City
Time: 6 pm – 9 pm

The First 100 people who arrive at the Microsoft store at 8 am on March 3, 2012, will receive a bracelet allowing them to Meet the Cast at 4:30 pm. that afternoon.  For more details contact the Microsoft store or ask a question on Facebook.

The cast Q&A session will take place in the plaza near Lens Crafters at approximately 6:30 pm.  Fans will be allowed to gather there and wait for the session to begin.  Capacity is 1000 people and will not be exceeded.  Don’t forget to submit a question for the Q&A.

Stop by the Microsoft Store starting at 10:00am on Tuesday, March 6, 2012.  Parking on Level 2 of the Lenox Road deck will be allowed starting at 6:30 a.m, mall doors will open at 7:00 a.m..

Meet and Greet Details

• 150 wristbands will be distributed at the Microsoft Store on Wednesday, March 7 at 9 a.m for the M & G and autograph signing.
• The Q & A will take place in the Grand Rotunda in the Barneys New York Wing, and will take place at 5:45 pm. The event is standing room only, and will be available on a first come first served basis.
• Fans can begin lining up for this event on Monday, March 5th at 9:00PM. The line for the first 150 people will be located on the street level of the Green Garage, behind Yard House (the NE corner of Camelback and Goldwater). If you did not make the cut, you will be directed to the main fan event line located on level P1 of the Gold Parking Garage, located on the East end of the Mall. The order of this line will determine how close to the stage you are.

Details on Meet & Greet opportunity, Autograph Signing and Q&A

• A limited number of wristbands will be distributed at the Microsoft Store on Friday, March 9 at 5:30 a.m for the M & G and autograph signing. Please enter Mall of America through the South Level 1 entrance. Please read the autograph signing guidelines for more information.
• There will also be a Q & A in the Rotunda at Mall of America following the autograph signing. Space is limited to standing room only on a first come, first served basis.

Details of event, plus autograph opportunity:

• At 7 am on March 10th fans will be allowed to begin lining up outside the Microsoft Store for the opportunity to receive a wristband for a private in-store signing and VIP access to the Q&A area,  Wristbands will be handed out at 9 am.
• 10 am — fans will be permitted access to the Q&A area (parking lot in front of Microsoft Store), which is free and open to the public.
• 2pm – 3:30pm – Private signing at the Microsoft store with the stars of ‘The Hunger Games’ (see above). Please contact Microsoft Store for details.
