Have no fear, Tributes, because Capitol Couture just announced that issue two is on it’s way with none other than Cinna as the main feature! To whet our appetites for the second installment, CC posted a new motion gif of our favorite District 12 stylist along with the phrase: “He’s coming to help you make an impression.”

I am so happy what they did with the Capitol Couture. It wasn’t totally towards us “capitol like” people. But we get to see what the Capitol fashion is like.
