Video: Josh Hutcherson Talks ‘Epic’ and ‘Catching Fire’ on GMA

Earlier we posted the first full trailer for Josh Hutcherson’s upcoming animated film Epic.  Now, we’ve found the video of Josh discussing the film on GMA.   His interview was part of GMA’s Pop News Heat Index, so you’ll need to skip ahead to 1:53 to catch the clip and the short but sweet interview with Josh.

On his character:
Nod has a lot of potential to be this great warrior and fight for mother nature, but he has a bit of an attitude problem that kind of holds him back. Throughout the story he sort of grows and learns how to change his attitude for the better.

On the cast:
It’s so crazy, when your doing an animated movie, I literally haven’t met any of these people yet. That’s actually the worst part. It’s like a tease, all these cool people and I don’t actually get to meet them at all.

On Catching Fire filming:
We start shooting this fall, I think sometime in September. Getting geared up for that.
