The Hunger Games 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway

The holiday season is upon us, and Lionsgate is celebrating by partnering with 12 of The Hunger Games Fansites to spread some holiday cheer and prizes too! At each stop along the way you’ll have a chance to get to enter to get your hands on a copy of The Hunger Games DVD and/or a copy of Catching Fire. Today is Day 4 of the Giveaway and all of us here at DWTC are honored to be hosting it for you.
In addition the Gamemakers at Funtactix, have added new winter themed stories to The Hunger Games Adventures! In the spirit of the season, they gave us an exclusive gift to pass along to Down With the Capitol readers. Click the link below to enter Panem and open your present! To enter to win One of 5 copies of The Hunger Games DVD OR One of 5 copies of the Catching Fire book fill out the widget below. You’ll have multiple chances to win, BUT in order to unlock them all you’ll need to comment on this post. (see widget for details!)
Rules:
- This contest will run from 12:00 pm ET on December 15, 2012 until 11:59 pm ET on December 23, 2012
- Due to restrictions, giveaway is open to US residents Only.
- Winners will be chosen via random draw on Rafflecopter’s widget
- All potential winning entries will be verified to assure validity
- First five valid entries chosen will win a copy of The Hunger Games DVD
- Second five valid entries chosen will win a copy of Catching Fire
- Winners will be announced via Rafflecopters widget and in this post.
- Winners will be contacted via email for shipping information after the holiday has passed.
- Prizes will be shipped to winners via Lionsgate.

It is So hard to pick just one character! I think I would give Peeta a painting from a really famous artist like Van Gogh’s ‘Starry Night’, or Monet’s ‘The Water Lily Pond’. He’s an artist so he could really appreciate it and maybe get inspired.
I bet Katniss and Gale would like a real bow and arrows like the one she had in the arena. I would give Haymitch the gift of Rehab and hope it works! I’d buy a really nice dress for Mrs. Everdeen since all she has are the ones from before she got married and that makes them old. I would give Prim one of those cool music chip things from District 3.

To Peeta, I agree with Rachel W that he’d love Van Gogh’s Starry Night. Not only is it beautiful, but it says so much, particularly about comfort and being watched over.
