Jennifer Lawrence Wins Academy Award for Best Actress!

Presenting, with great pride, Academy Award winner Jennifer Lawrence! Jen took home the Oscar tonight for her role in Silver Lining’s Playbook, cementing the title of “Academy Award winner” forever more. And in true Jen style, she tripped on her way to accept the award.

After her big win onstage Jennifer Lawrence stopped by the backstage “Thank you Cam” to finish her speech taking a moment to thank Harvey Weinstein and The Weinstein Company. 
We at DWTC would like give our biggest and sincerest congratulations to Jennifer Lawrence. She deserves this award and so much more.

I am so excited and extremely proud of her! As for her slip, the poor girl will probably never live it down and will be talked about for at least a week. But to me, it just made her more human than she already is.

i like jen a lot, she is a very good actress BUT Riva deserved it hands down…
