Yesterday the Capitol blessed us with Official Portraits of the District 12 Escort, Effie Trinket and The Hunger Games eternal host, Caesar Flickerman, now thanks to IGN they are showcasing none other than the mentor who successfully helped District 12 achieve not one, but two victors in the 74th Games, Haymitch Abernathy. #SipInStyle!
