Katniss Everdeen has escaped the arena, and District 12 has been made to pay the price for her rebellious acts against the Capitol. Taken in by District 13 she is safe for the moment, but President Snow still has not given up on taking out the Mockingjay. Rebels within the Capitol’s infrastructure have intercepted this transmission and passed it along to us. It appears that the Capitol is still being sure to only reveal so much information. We currently have trained experts attempting to discern what Snow has chosen to hide from even his most trusted District Allies.
Leading us against the Capitol and Snow, President Coin is working with key citizens in each District to rally them to our cause. With the help of the Mockingjay, Katniss Everdeen, she hopes to bring justice to those who have been oppressed under Snow’s regime for far too long. Below you will find a copy of a letter, that was sent through enemy lines. President Coin’s assistant assures us the black marks are a result of a malfunction of the printing unit.
